What We Believe

The promises to Israel, read in the plain sense of Scripture

The Federation teaches that Almighty God has called the Israel peoples to maintain a separated and sovereign status, and has laid upon them a fixed and irrevocable charge and responsibility as His servants and instruments in making ready the way for the restoration of His Kingdom on earth.

A nation and a company of nations

Israel was to spread abroad to the west, east, north and south — in that exact sequence the British Empire was established.

“In thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed.”Genesis 28:14

A throne that endures

Israel was to have a monarch of the Davidic line; it can be shown that the Royal House of Britain is descended from King David, and British monarchs are anointed as Zadok the Priest anointed the kings of Israel.

“David shall never want a man to sit upon the throne of the house of Israel.”Jeremiah 33:17

A servant people defended

As a global maritime power Israel could not be defeated — seen in two World Wars, against the Spanish Armada, and at Trafalgar.

“He shall pour the water out of his buckets, and his seed shall be in many waters.”Numbers 24:7–9

A missionary charge

Israel was to carry the Gospel to the whole world — the great missionary enterprise of past centuries, in which the Christian Gospel went with the British Empire.

“This people have I formed for myself; they shall show forth my praise.”Isaiah 43:21
