While we never fail to present the Lord Jesus as the Saviour of the world, we also proclaim Him as the Redeemer of the lost sheep of the House of Israel; and in doing so, bear witness to the continuity of God's Servant Nation. We are at a crucial point in our island history: the nation under God is a difficult concept for a generation never taught that it has a great and unique birthright.
The knowledge of our Kingdom identity as Israel in the appointed Isles (II Samuel 7:10) can be traced from earliest times, such as in the Declaration of Arbroath, through the Reformation era and after.
During the Victorian period the teaching began to take hold among the People of the Book, as John Wilson and Edward Hine brought forth the “Elijah” — or Kingdom — message (Malachi 4:5–6).
First published by Robert Banks of Fleet Street, London, the paper continued until its incorporation in The National Message in 1926, reaching a circulation in the tens of thousands.
The British-Israel-World Federation is founded, a registered charity (No. 208079) that has carried the witness through a century of change.
The National Message was first published in 1922 and continued until 1981, made available to members of the public nationwide.
The Federation now produces The Covenant Nations magazine, sent on a free-will gift basis across the British-Israel world, alongside the literature of its Covenant Publishing Company.
